2所求於管家的，是要他有忠心。

(NIV) 2Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.

6「少種的少收，多種的多收」，這話是真的。7各人要隨本心所酌定的，不要作難，不要勉強，因為捐得樂意的人是神所喜愛的。

(KJV) 6But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. 7Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
(NIV) 6Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
